LEGO One Piece recreates the first two seasons of Netflix’s live-action series, but it deliberately tells that familiar story through someone viewers already know should not be trusted with every detail. Usopp becomes the narrator for Chopper, giving him a highly personalized account of how Luffy assembled the Straw Hats and eventually entered the Grand…
Netflix’s LEGO One Piece does more than rebuild the live-action series in LEGO form. The two-part special lets Usopp tell Chopper how the Straw Hat Pirates came together, which immediately makes the recap less reliable because Usopp cannot resist improving his own role in almost every adventure. The broad journey remains recognizable, from Luffy meeting…
LEGO One Piece spends most of its two episodes looking back at adventures Chopper never experienced, but the ending finally reaches the point where his own story becomes part of the Straw Hats’ journey. Usopp’s recap arrives at Drum Island, where Nami’s illness brings the crew into Chopper’s life and ultimately gives Luffy the doctor…
Taylor Swift did not leave “Patient Zero” untouched for long before listeners began assigning a name to its mysterious ex. The song arrived on September 25 as one of four new tracks on The Life of a Showgirl: The Encore, and its premise practically invites detective work: a woman receives a call from the new…
Taylor Swift turns “Patient Zero” into something much darker than the song initially suggests. Her self-directed music video, which premiered during the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards, stars Dakota Johnson as a woman whose increasingly troubled relationship with Colin Farrell’s character begins to resemble another relationship that came before hers. Swift appears beside her throughout…
Line of Fire surrounds the Hollingsworth family with secrets, but Micah Hollingsworth’s may be one of the most professionally dangerous. Played by Tommy O’Brien, Micah is a Secret Service agent assigned to the protection detail of President Kayana’s daughter Sydney, played by Savannah Lee Smith, whose Secret Service code name is Sparrow. The premiere establishes…
Line of Fire introduced Logan Welling as one of the few people in Clare Hollingsworth’s life who seemed to exist outside her family’s world of federal agencies, presidential protection and interdepartmental rivalry. That made the end of the premiere especially unsettling, because Logan’s encounter with Jack revealed that Clare’s seemingly ordinary boyfriend had secrets of…
Line of Fire Episode 2, “A Bigger Picture,” picks up only days after the Hollingsworth family’s carefully controlled world was disrupted at the end of the premiere. Clare refuses to remain at home with her grief and instead throws herself into an FBI investigation that puts her directly against Jane, while Mike’s return to the…
Marian Mulero entered Halloween Baking Championship Season 12 Episode 3 hoping to avoid another stressful elimination round. She left Halloween Haunts with something much bigger than safety: a five-night vacation aboard the Disney Destiny for herself and up to three guests. The Miami baker earns the special prize by turning the episode’s heroes-and-villains theme into…
Halloween Baking Championship Season 12 takes its Museum of Unnatural History theme out to sea in Episode 3, Halloween Haunts, with a Disney-inspired challenge that comes with much more than the usual Haunted Heat bragging rights. Host John Henson introduces a heroes-and-villains cake challenge tied to the Disney Destiny, while judges Stephanie Boswell, Aarti Sequeira…
For viewers who know Matt Morsia as the deliberately boastful Legend on BBC’s Gladiators, seeing him walk into the Sidemen’s Outside comes with an obvious expectation: physically, he should be one of the most difficult contestants to beat. His career, however, started long before the red-and-black Gladiators uniform. Morsia has moved through competitive athletics, teaching,…
Louis Russell is one of several Outside contestants who already understand what it means to have Netflix cameras following their every move. The British model and creator first became known internationally through Too Hot to Handle, but his reality television career has since expanded through dating shows, competition programs and appearances outside Netflix. Outside removes…
