Will Earle Meets World Return for Season 2? What Alix and Ashtin Have Said

Earle Meets World arrived on Netflix on September 4 with Alix Earle already bringing millions of followers and years of public interest in her relationships, family and career. The eight-episode first season goes further than her social media posts, following everything from her breakup with Braxton Berrios to her issues with Alex Cooper and the complicated history of the Earle family.

The obvious question after the finale is whether Netflix plans to bring the Earles back. As of September 5, 2026, Netflix has not officially renewed Earle Meets World for Season 2, but both Alix and Ashtin Earle have already made it clear that they would be interested in returning.

Earle Meets World Has Not Been Renewed Yet

Netflix launched the complete first season at once, so it would be unusually quick for the streamer to make a renewal decision only one day after release. There is currently no official Season 2 announcement or release date.

The next few weeks should provide a much better indication of the show’s future. For unscripted programming, Netflix can look at how many subscribers start the series, how many complete all eight episodes and whether Earle Meets World continues generating interest beyond Alix Earle’s existing social media audience.

For now, the important distinction is simple: the show is not renewed, but it is also not canceled.

Alix Earle Wants to Come Back

Alix has already given Netflix a fairly clear signal about where she stands. When asked about another season after the first season’s cliffhanger, she said she was fully open to returning and suggested that Season 1 still leaves parts of her story unresolved.

That matters because the first season captures Alix during an unusually turbulent period. Cameras follow the aftermath of her breakup with Braxton Berrios, the growth of her business ventures and her public fallout with Alex Cooper, meaning much of the season is built around difficult conversations rather than the lighter side of her life.

If Season 2 happens, Alix has indicated that she would like the next chapter to be somewhat happier. That could allow the series to focus more on where her relationships and career stand now instead of continuing to unpack the same conflicts.

Ashtin Earle Is Open to Season 2 Too

Ashtin was initially more hesitant than Alix about committing to a reality series. She told TV Insider that she was among the family members who took the longest to get comfortable with signing on, which makes her reaction after completing Season 1 especially interesting.

After going through the filming process, Ashtin has also said another season could be fun. She suggested that a second season might feature more enjoyable moments after the family dealt with several emotionally difficult situations during the first run.

So Netflix would not have to convince the two central sisters to return from scratch. Both appear willing to continue if the streamer decides the audience is there.

The Season 1 Ending Leaves a Natural Season 2 Story

Earle Meets World also avoids wrapping Alix’s romantic story into a neat ending. In the finale, she reveals that she reached out to former boyfriend Braxton Berrios and raised the possibility of getting back together, but viewers are not given a clear reconciliation.

That unresolved moment is an obvious bridge into another season. A follow-up could show whether the conversation actually changed anything between Alix and Braxton while also catching viewers up on the relationships, careers and family developments that occurred after Season 1 stopped filming.

Ashtin’s dating life also remains open-ended. She entered the series single and has since been spotted with Landon Barker, creating another developing storyline that did not exist in the same form when much of Season 1 was filmed.

When Could Earle Meets World Season 2 Be Announced?

There is no confirmed timetable, so any specific announcement date would be speculation. Netflix first needs to see how Earle Meets World performs after its September 4 debut before committing to another batch of episodes.

The encouraging part for viewers is that the stars themselves are interested and Season 1 deliberately leaves several stories unfinished. Until Netflix makes a decision, however, Earle Meets World Season 2 remains possible rather than official.
