Paramount+’s Team Moms: Baseball enters the increasingly competitive world of youth sports through families connected to Legendary Prep Academy in Scottsdale, Arizona. While the young players are chasing their baseball ambitions, the series pays just as much attention to the parents whose schedules, personalities and expectations shape life away from the field. Among the seven mothers at the center of the series is Rylee Baldri, who appears alongside her husband, Dallas Baldri, and their baseball-playing son, Salvatore. Paramount’s promotional material presents the Baldris as one of the show’s particularly competitive families.
Reality television, however, is only the latest chapter in Rylee’s public life. Long before Team Moms: Baseball, she had built a profile around entrepreneurship, family and business, eventually adding an Arizona pageant title and an Italian wine venture to that list.

Rylee Baldri Built a Career Around Business
Rylee is involved with Collezione Di Vini, a Scottsdale-based wine company founded in 2022. The business grew from the Baldri family’s connection to southern Italy and their interest in bringing lesser-known wines from the region to a wider audience. Rylee has personally promoted the company’s Aglianico wines and other selections while discussing the family’s repeated trips to Italian villages connected to their heritage.

Entrepreneurship was already a significant part of Rylee and Dallas’ lives before the wine business. The couple were previously known as “The HD Couple” and built businesses together while raising their family. An older Association of Network Marketing Professionals profile described them as co-founders of The HD Group and parents balancing business with a large household.
That history makes Rylee an interesting fit for Team Moms: Baseball. Her role in the series is not simply that of a parent sitting in the stands. She comes into the Paramount+ show with years of experience presenting herself publicly as an entrepreneur while organizing much of her life around her family.
Rylee Was Mrs. Arizona United States 2022
Rylee also has a pageant background. United States National Pageants lists her as Mrs. Arizona United States 2022. When announcing the title herself, Rylee wrote about using the platform to encourage families, women and young people to pursue their goals.
At the time, Rylee also emphasized that being a wife and mother remained central to her identity. That family-first image predates Team Moms: Baseball, even though the Paramount+ series now gives viewers a much closer look at what happens when competitive youth baseball becomes part of the equation.
Rylee and Dallas Baldri Have Six Children
Paramount primarily introduces viewers to a three-person unit consisting of Rylee, Dallas and their son Salvatore because Salvatore is the child connected to Legendary Prep Academy. The family’s official Team Moms: Baseball photography similarly focuses on the three of them.
That does not mean Salvatore is the couple’s only child. Rylee has publicly described herself as a mother of six, and older profiles of Rylee and Dallas also identify them as parents of six children.

Dallas has built his own career around entrepreneurship and consulting, and the couple have spent years working together on business projects. For Team Moms viewers, however, their most important shared project may be helping Salvatore navigate the demanding world of high-level youth baseball.
Where Is Rylee Baldri Now?
Rylee continues to be based in the Greater Phoenix area and remains involved in business while stepping into a much larger entertainment spotlight through Team Moms: Baseball. Her current public profile includes Collezione Di Vini, family life with Dallas and their children, and now reality television.
The Paramount+ series therefore introduces Rylee to a much wider audience, but it is not creating her public persona from scratch. Her business projects, Mrs. Arizona title and years of family-focused entrepreneurship were already part of her story. Team Moms: Baseball simply moves another part of that life – the commitment surrounding Salvatore’s baseball career – to the center of the screen.
