Onslaught does not have a traditional post-credits scene that plays after the entire credit roll. However, viewers should not immediately leave when the movie ends. Adam Wingard has placed a series of images and Easter eggs during the end credits, and they provide additional information about what happens after Celeste, Daisy and Josiah disappear. The material includes references to the missing residents of the trailer park and what appears to be an investigation into the survivors’ disappearance. Most importantly, the final imagery points toward Alaska, giving the strongest clue yet about where Celeste and the others may have been taken.

What Happens During the Onslaught Credits?

Rather than cutting to another full scene, Onslaught continues its story through photographs, documents and other images running alongside the credits. The material deals with the aftermath of the attack and the disappearance of people connected to the trailer park. It effectively shows how strange the incident looks to anyone outside the secret military operation.

That matters because the regular ending leaves Celeste, Daisy and Josiah in government custody. They survived the super soldiers, but they also witnessed a program that the people behind it clearly do not want exposed. The credit imagery reinforces the idea that their previous lives have effectively been erased.

Wingard has specifically described these details as Easter eggs that viewers can examine for hints about the future. So while this is not a conventional Marvel-style stinger, it is still story material rather than decorative credits.

What Does the Alaska Map Mean?

The Alaska image strongly implies that Celeste, Daisy and Josiah may have been relocated there, although the movie never explicitly confirms it. A map of Alaska appearing after material concerned with missing people is unlikely to be accidental, especially when Wingard has already confirmed that the credits contain intentional clues.

The most straightforward reading is that whoever removed the survivors from New Mexico has taken them far away and given them some form of new existence. Alaska would make sense as an isolated location where Celeste and Daisy could disappear without attracting much attention. It could also be connected to another military site or government operation, but the film supplies no evidence for that more specific possibility.

For now, Alaska should therefore be treated as a tease rather than a confirmed destination. Onslaught gives viewers the clue but deliberately stops before showing what Celeste’s new life actually looks like.

Does the Credits Sequence Set Up Onslaught 2?

The credits clearly leave material that could support another movie, but Onslaught 2 has not been officially confirmed simply because the Alaska map appears. Wingard has acknowledged that the Easter eggs give a hint about where things could go, and both he and Adria Arjona have discussed feeling that there may be more story left for Celeste.

That possibility becomes more interesting because Onslaught shares a universe with The Guest. Wingard has even entertained the idea of Celeste eventually encountering characters from his earlier films, although he has stopped short of announcing such a project. The end-credit clues therefore appear designed to preserve multiple options rather than announce one specific sequel.

The Alaska destination could continue Celeste’s story directly. Alternatively, another movie could follow a different part of the military conspiracy before eventually bringing these characters together.

Is There Anything After the Credits Completely Finish?

There is no separate traditional scene waiting after the full credits have finished. The material worth seeing is incorporated into the credits themselves. Viewers expecting an additional dialogue scene, villain reveal or final shot after the credit roll should not expect one.

That distinction is useful because saying Onslaught “has a post-credits scene” is technically misleading. It has end-credit Easter eggs and story images, not a standalone post-credits sequence.

Still, those images arguably matter more than a disposable joke or bonus scene would have. The regular ending tells us that Celeste survives but loses control over where her life goes next. The credits then quietly give us the Alaska clue, turning her disappearance into the next unresolved part of the story.
