The 95th annual Oscars will take place the following March in Hollywood’s famed Dolby Theatre, according to a May 2022 announcement by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. The host for 2023 was officially announced as Jimmy Kimmel six months later.

The Oscars have confirmed that Jimmy Kimmel will return as host for the 2023 event. This will be Kimmel’s third time presenting at the Academy Awards. He had done so earlier in 2017 and 2018.
